I know some one that is being requested by the DMV to appear for a full medical......there seems to be some doubt about the honesty when he filled in the forms and applied for his CDL [b], basically he HAS epilipsey and was driving school buses etc etc, so it does not come as a shock to ANYONE but him, that he got reported.
What I would like to know is JUST what the DMV etc can do to him once they DO find out he has epilepsy? Would it be jail time, felony counts, what?

Demon.....HE feels more agrrieved that he has been caught as opposed to driving a bus load of school kids......so when I suggested getting a lawyer to him he got quite snitty..........

possible felony and jail time, as well as community service and fines...its best he gets a lawyer

If you sign your name on those type of documents and lie, its perjury.
