1. Intelligence
2. Listens to the people
3. Plays well with others
4. Shares his toys
5. Ability to pronounce words

honor, integrity, courage. Bush possesses these quality. If I wanted just a public speaker I would have gone to hollyweird and hired one. They are a dime a dozen.
