ha ha ha nice one dude... he did say (the father) "come on then big man" didn't he, so he kinda asked for it !, well so far so good, I think the only thing you can do is wait for the Grand Father to come round and I guess your just gona have to beat him up as well !
Once you've sorted all three of them out I wouldn't worry, Its unlikely that the great grand fathers gona come round is it !
Just hope your 2 children slept peacefully whilst pc plod gathered his belonging & went back to the station saying "You should'a seen the other guy" ! lol

Yes, you could be in trouble. Have you received any legal documents stating that he's going to sue you, or is there a warrent for your arrest? It's POSSIBLE that he's just going to let it go. You can always hope. I think if he intended to arrest you, he would have done it when you beat him up. I'd be more worried about being sued, and I'd REALLY watch my step. If he wants to get you on something, he'll catch you speeding, or jaywalking or anything else he can get you on, legally.
Was the 'lad' you beat up, under legal age? If you beat up a kid, you really messed up. If this comes around and you find yourself in court, all you can do is be honest. You may end up getting the short end of the stick, but you really have no other recourse than to be honest, and hope the cop and/or the son will be honest too. If you are served with any legal papers, I'd immediately consult a lawyer! That way, you won't end up saying too much, or not enough in court.

What a situation...
I really don't know, but you could go to Police Station and tell them exactly what happened. And by the way keep off those situations where you may involve yourself in cases like this. And if somebody wants to fight, do no fear to be considered a coward. JUST DON'T FIGHT. Keep asking why they want fo beat you up; make them to confront themselves. Keep calm and keep your atitude.
Take care of yourself, man.

Think carefully about what can be absolutely proven and what can not.
Then fit whatever story you like around this. Police do it all the time - that is why there are so many miscarriages of justice. If you have a good brief he will be able to exploit all this. If not, then you'll have to go through it carefully yourself.
Good luck.

Fair ******* play to you jeddyteddy! If that happened to me I'd do exactly the same thing!!! If the copper walked away after the ruck you gave him then I doubt you'll here any more of it! Coppers pride in front of his fellow coppers, he'd look like a right idiot, he took off his radio and belt and started getting in your face, as far as a policemans job goes it wouldn't be worth him saying anything! I wouldn't worry about it dude!!

go see a lawyer dude and go to the cop shop and ask for his commanding officer, because if he came round to your house then there should have been to of them.and altough its there word agents yours they'll ask why he was there on his own and why he did not tell his boss,in order to go through proper procedure. because they cannot get involved in a personal case
it would be to different officer's.to deal with the assault on his son
he has made it worse for himself

lawyer up, and make sure youve got your stories straight. if there is anyone that can back up your stories, like witnesses you might want to try and get a hold of the...your word against a cops might be not so strong without them

Yes, you did wrong. It is a sign of primitive instincts and not one of civility to settle disagreements with violence. No wonder countries cannot live in peace if we cannot do it on an individual basis as well.
