To two lbs of lean ground BEEF, I add a tablespoon of worchestshire sauce - but I also add a teaspoon of dark mustard. A small onion finely diced, pepper & garlic salt to your liking. I make them LARGE. I broil them only. Meantime on top of the stove I fry another small onion with butter and diced fresh (or canned) Mushrooms. My son likes green peppers diced up with that as well. We serve the burgers with the mushroom topping to the side so they can put on if they want (or not) on large kaiser toasted buns. I think the trick is broiling them as apposed to any other way. My brother uses smoked seasoning in his as well - but I can live without it myself.

Throw in some chopped onions, garlic and carrots and some grated tasty cheese.
Let your imagination run wild man... chop up anything in your fridge and chuck it in there (mushrooms, bacon, peas, etc...)
You can also crumble in a stock cube which will enhance the flavour of the meat.
Crack an egg into the mix and throw in a handful of bread cumbs and it will all stick together real good.
If you have trouble with them burning in the pan, cook them for a minute on each side on a high heat, and then chuck them in a hot oven for 10 minutes...

Oh man! I have the best recipe ever. Im not sure about exact amount of ingredients, but you mix ground beef up with tomatoe paste, worchestershire sauce, diced onions, salt pepper, chopped up polish sausage, and it is the best every! The patties are juicy and delicious, I want some now!

I like to lightly sprinkle the meat with cinnamon powder, then mix in some finely chopped onions. When it is done, don't add any mustard because it just ruins the flavor of the meat. Sprinkle on a little pepper and just a tad of ketchup.

Add bacon & cheese. Use A-1 steak sauce. Smother that cheese burger with chili. Use Swiss cheese, and mushrooms & sour cream.
