I've been trying to figure out that myself, maybe it's just the cow jumping over the moon thing

A "Blue Moon" is when you have two full moons in a single calendar month (the moon has a 28 day cycle, and most months are 30 or 31 days, so yes it can happen but it's rare).

Cows have nothing to do with this event.

if thers a full blue moon, the cows can mysteriously break the laws of physics and jump over the blue moon
