I'm not too picky! I'll use both-whichever is a better product. Sometimes, whatever's on sale...or I have a good coupon for..

I use mostly name brands, but not because my parents did. If I need to save money I will buy the generic.

I use whatever lasts long. I know that sometimes cheap things break, but I also know that sometimes there are deals there. I usually end up with name-brands though...
I can't use many things here just because my parents did since I now live on the opposite side of the world that I grew up on.

Mostly name brands. A lot of them live up to the expectations.

It depends, sometimes the generic brands are made really weird, sometimes the prices are different, i just go buy the price and if the name brand isn't too expensive i'll go for it, especially with a coupon! =)

both for things like soda we use name brand but like food like meat we us generic and snacks are usually generic Price-Rite brand brownies are the fudgeiest ever though
