The original question was "the cutest-prettiest face"...so that would eliminate all the men. As for some of the ones mentioned, only some facial cosmetics helps them....so the one that comes to my mind, that doesn't have to use facial cosmetics, with her pretty face, dark eyebrows, and long brown hair, is..... Brooke Shields.
