Britney can do whatever she wants to her hair. She is still a pretty girl, but that's not the concern. The concern is that she has a drinking problem, her father was an alcoholic, alcoholism is a disease, it's genetic and Britney is showing signs of having it. Her life has been spinning out of control with partying and drinking.
I hope she gets help and this return to rehab is something she wants to work on for herself.
As for her hair, it'll grow back.

i wager they do...look in any respect the front web page photos of her bald head on any newspaper. It makes a reliable verbal substitute piece about pathetic baby stars and melancholy regardless of earning thousands of thousands....that 'money does no longer purchase happiness' statement is offered in genuine accessible.
