Sculpting, digital photography, metal work, mosaics, sand art, For something that is not classic try combining two or three different mediums. Which is classified as mixed mediums. I found that when my son spilled Kool-Aid on one of my drawings. Made a nice background color for the horse i was drawing at the time.
