Hello. I've recently made an ING direct account and activated it over the phone. When I try to login it asks for my security information - I change the Image, phrase and create the 3 questions and answers. I then click submit, but it leads me to a page saying "Error."
Anyone know how I can get my ING direct security page to work?
Thanks.

Edit:

I've already called them 5 times and none of the people knew what was wrong.

I've tried about 3 different types of browsers and it still does not work.

Have you tried calling ING support?

Tyler ... You had better call them. Although it may be a problem with your browser's configuration, there may be security-related issues that can't be resolved without talking to a customer service rep.

If you've got all cookies blocked in your browser's security configuration, try to enable cookies for their web site or at least temporarily enable all cookies and pop-ups. Another possible cause is the type of browser. You might need to switch to Internet Explorer (yuck). Also, don't forget that if you have too many unsuccessful access attempts, their system may interpret this as an unauthorized access attempt and your account might be locked if it hasn't been already. This is another reason for contacting a customer service rep.

Good luck with it.
