For appetizer, let's try bacon-wrapped jumbo shrimp, sauteed portabella mushrooms, Vichyssoise, Caesar salad, a little sherbert to clean the palate. Then we will start our main course: Beef Wellington with thin sliced garlic roasted potatoes topped with parmesean cheese. Green Beans Almondine with pearl onions. For dessert - Turtle pie wtih caramel topped with whole pecans drenched in homemade vanilla icecream. And for an after dinner drink - B&B (Brandy and Benedictine warmed mellow in a brandy sniffer over a large sniffer) VOILA! Bon Appetite!

I would like some prime rib roast with mashed potatoes and gravy. Lightly steamed green beans and carrots. I would also like to have a Yorkshire pudding as well. I would like to have a glass of Chardonnay, perhaps Australian.
For afters, I would like to have lime sorbet, on a plate, with kiwi and chocolate drizzled on the side.
Perhaps finish off with a wafer thin mint and a cup of coffee, sugar and cream please. And then a Bailey's Irish Cream.
