And if he isn't, why are the Dems considered to be cut and runners because they want to do the same thing?

Yes, he is caving to the wienies in charge of their Parliament.
They are trying to stop Prince Harry from going to Iraq.
The Dems are cut & runners.
The truth is always hard to hear.
