i want a board that i can just practice on and all that
so whats a good not very expensive board that will be good for i want?

A shop deck or a mini-logo or blank deck are usually cheap but still good.

either get a blank, mini logo, world industries, atm (good beginner boards) but if you want a real pro board cheap get a complete deck great for beginners

Well i have a board and it is very light it is pretty good for riding and doing really high ollies
