My favorite way to relax after a tough day, is to take a nice hot bubble bath, or a nice hot shower, have candles going and just let your thoughts flow out of you.
Another way is to read a good book, or just lay back and meditate that you are at your favorite place and just unwind.
Hope this helps some.

Dip youself in a nice long hot bath. Pour yourself a your favorite beverage along with some snack.
After a bath, tuck in for a good sleep.

sing my lungs out. or if I really am stressed I'll do extreme aerobics for at least 45 minutes but I've been known to go much longer. fortunately, i've figured out how to harness the good stress and bypass the bad stress at this point in the game.
