where would i find someone to finance my homeless project,?

hud funding was cut by bush administration but homeless funding was just about doubled (the average rental for a 1bedroom dictates you make a minimum of 12 per hour)I need a promissory note for 750,000 or a philanthropic angel to finance my project housing the working poor, ,here in northwest indiana

It's a shame how it's so easy to do and get things that doesn't really make us or our environment better....First I would say the best way to go about this is having a business plan make sure you show how you plan will undergo changes for at least the next 5 yrs. Once you have that start going to banks, talking to anyone you can that have ties with financing and all..(networking) Tell people what you are trying to accomplish. Try and talking to people who know people you might get lucky and find someone the will invest or finance your plan..Also look into non-profit organization on line. You probably can't do it on your own, unless you are a non-profit organization.

Try to align yourself with a non-profit organization where you live.
