she has expressed she likes me (at least as a friend, im not sure if more..she's bi and i am a bi girl but she doesnt know)..its just that shes always the one who makes the first move..i never get too. im shy and i may not approach her at the right time. well, this girl is well liked at college, very smart and independent. she has been kind to me and nice...but because of me, we never really get close. there goes my lack of confidence. and this morning, i realize i dont deserve her at all. she's close friends already with this guy who's independent and as strong as she is..how can i boost my confidence..what can i do...i want to be deserving of this person. i dont want to be close to her until ive achieved but then...it makes me sad not being her close friend...i really like her seriously now...helpp..

I would submit that you may need professional help. Of course this girl is not interested in you romantically. Just becasue she is bi-sexual and you are too, does'nt mean squat. What if the both of you masterbated with a boiled hotdog. It means nuthin! If she wanted more from you...she'd ask. You lack of confidence is very apparent, even in your posting. This girl does not need someone like you. Sorry, but you have way too much baggage. If you still want more out of this relationship in light of everything I just said then, try getting her real drunk. You should dress a little slutty and seceretly arrange for you to be alone to have drunk sex. Well, for starters, if she doesn't know you're bi, slip it into a conversation somehow. That way, if she does like you, she might make a move, or at least make it easier for you to. She won't show any interest if she thinks you're straight, because she knows that would seem really awkward for a straight girl's female friend to like her.
