Well, duh, I'd help you. It's only common courtesy, right? I know if I fell on my face, I'd want someone to help me up, you know?

of course i'm going to help you get up!! not only that, i'll help you clean your face and bandage the places thats been wounded (if there are places thats been wounded) too. people should help each other out, right?
i know i would want someone to help me up if i ever fell on my face.
also, ignore the people who said no AND they're gonna laugh.. i hope they will be the ones that fall flat on their faces.. then lets see if they still wanna laugh then.

If a relatively healthy individual falls on their face so bad that they can't get up on their own, then it's better they just lie there until medical personel are available anyways.
..I'd only help you up if you are over 50 years of age or disabled or a really hot chick.

Only if you were a good looking female or I might feel bad if you were a retard or disabled or some thing, but even if you were old I would just walk or drive straight past and think "sucked in". I don't even laugh.
