All of the above but you must continue to stretch your legs in a daily basis. Try to get yourself in the splits (both the scisor splits and wide leg splits will help you) by stretching your groin muscles to loosen them up and also strengthen them by doing squats. Stretch Daily.

RUN sprint after sprint after sprint. Work on ur form, rememebr no wasted motion!! And exercise ur legs, strong legs will help u run faster. Train proper tho,,,,u cant life EVERYDAY or sprint EVERYDAY, also do endurance running so u dont tire in the 4th quarter. And if u play Bball agility and explosiveness is just important so do some plyometrics and stuff

run, run and run some more. the basket ball court is 90 feet long so do wind sprints of 50 yards, thats 150 feet. also jog long distances, nothing to serious maybe a mile or two. whats your weight situation? that can certainly slow you down. good luck and

Run bleachers and do box jumps. Heavy squats too, and calf raises.
