Does Derma Wand really work?

I was thinking of buying this product but, it would be stupid if it doesn't work. I want to know if it really works. There is a 30-day money back gaurantee but my life is sooo busy I don't think I would even remember to return it if it didn't work - so I would rather know from people who have used this product first hand. Thanks!
