Well, you probably are CLUMBSY -- I'm not being mean, it's a REAL CONDITION in tweens !!! iT'S A TIME WHEN YOUR BODY IS GROWING AND CHANGING SOOOOOOO FAST that your brain (the balance center of your brain) can't keep up. As you grow your brain has to constantly readjust it's knowledge of how long your arms are , etc, etc. You will grow out of it as soon as your body quits growing. Try looking it up on WEB-MD. I'd try under: adolescents or growing pains, etc.
This is more common in boys, but girls are effected also.

Just sounds like you get hurt alot. I jam thumbs, fingers, and toes all the time. The most active you are, the more chance you have to being hurt. Everyone gets hurt, though, and you dont always need to go to the doctor for every injury.

Any breaks or suspected breaks, you should see the MD.

Alot of times weird sleeping positions lead to strains of muscles and such, which will go away on their own.

If a nail or other dirty object going through your skin, you should call your MD. Usually they will clean it and give you a tetnus booster. Dirty/rusty nails are bad news.

Stubs and jams are no big deal, they hurt for a while and then go away. Unless its looking nasty, a doctor's appt shouldn't be needed.

If it seems serious, make an appointment with your doctor to have it checked out.

Im like you too. Right now I have 2 inguries. I have a stress fracture in my back & sprined my right wrist. I also broke my left arm, sprined my left foot, got stitches in my head, etc.

You should go to the doctor if you think you broke something. Or ask someone else.
