How to contact an ex girlfriend?
My girlfriend and broke up about 4 months ago.We dated for 1 1/2 yrs and at the end of the relationship, she said she wasn't ready to be in a serious relationship. We kept in contact for the first 2 months but I told her that I couldn't do it because part of me still loved her and now we haven't spoken in 2 months.I think about her everyday and wonder what's going on in her life. It was my idea not to talk but I can't stop thinking about her. When we broke up she told me that there was no one in her life and she just needed a break and figure out things in her life. Part of me wants to pick up the phone and call her but then I wouldn't even know what to say.Also, I think that if we started talking again, all the feelings for her will come back. I'm looking for opinions and also ways to deal with the situation.I'd love to hear from people in the same situation and also ways of dealing with it. Her birthday is coming up and I thought sending a card would be a good icebreaker. thoughts?

Hey man.
1. if you still love her, tell her. ring her and just tell her you still have feelings for her. but dont bug her she'll hate to have a guy nagging her to go back with him, trust me ive got a similiar problem. just ring her and tell her you still have feelings.

2.if you ring her, and she says no she doesnt have feelings.it will be so so hard but you going to have to get over her im sorry but. Talk, invite your closest friends round and talk about it, the best way to get over a girl is to say how u feel to your friends get it of your chest. It will be hard but please try

Don't be shy, shyness I know how punishing it is! It's rough but you should find-out and be sure to tell her how you appreciate keeping in contact and if not to far away that you'd like to at least go to something in the evening!
