Hey! I am a soccer player myself, and I have found locking your ankle so that your toes are pointed (not straight up). Try to keep your leg straight and you will find it alot easier, trust me!

Trust me Ryder, practice doesn't make perfect. Only perfect practice makes perfect. But practicing does help, so keep doing it. First practice lifting the ball with your feet so you don't have to cheat when you're starting to juggle. Once the ball is in mid juggle, just don't kick it very hard. Make sure your toe isn't pointing straight up when you kick it.

It is a very good way to improve one's "touch" with the soccer ball. Thighs, feet, or head, when you just play around and work on different touches, you create that "feel". Most beginners should focus on creating that feel, and getting comfortable dribbling, and juggling the soccer ball in order to help the other more fundimentally necessary movements with the soccer ball.

Its all in your toes....I've had that same problem. You must keep you toes pointed straight forward, and the top of your foot flat.

You put chewing gum on the soccer balls so that they stick to your feet when you kick them.
