Are you using a deodorant? Could be you are allergic to it. The itching has nothing to do with puberty except that you might sweat more. Dry real good under your arms after your shower and make sure you rinse off real good when showering to remove all of the soap. You may be allergic to the soap you are using when you shower.

Yes it is normal, all boys and girls go through different things during puberty for example some will get acne others don't. Everyone going through puberty will experience something that they think may be abnormal.

It's because you are beginning to grow hair in an area that was bare. Of course it will itch until your body becomes used to the new growth. It is safe to scratch, but be careful not to break the skin or you could cause infections or ingrown hairs.

It could mean that you are about to grow underarm hair. When the hair starts growing, it will sometimes cause itching. However, if you begin to get irritated, such as having a rash of some sort appear, see a doctor.

Chances are, the itching is caused by hair growing there. Have you begun using a deodorant yet? Do you bathe daily? It will stop; I promise you.
