I was wondering when i have heard that a new OS X Leopard will be released this April, will the price of Mac laptops/PC would decline same as what happen when Vista came out to the Market?

No.. not really.. Mac prices come down gradually when once a new processor comes the prices go up. Like iBook G4 was $ 999 and when Macbook arrived it has become $ 1099.. Usually Apple will drop prices for about $ 50 to $ 100 at a time. But not too much of Drop.

actually, apple is more than 2 % but don't expect major price drop after a new os is out

No, it's the law of supply and demand. Apple only has 2% of the market and their product is top-notch.
