How do i get a vmk birtday pin because today's my brother's birthday (Feb. 20)?

that pin was for VMK's birthday...it was only available then. you can trade for it :)

The vmk birthday pin was released in summer, when it was vmk birthday, there was a quest to do it. But you can trade for it.
