Go to control panel,click network and internet options,then click internet options,then click delete browsing history,or temporary internet files or cookies

And run it everytime you need to erase your history. It will also give your computer a good spring clean.
Otherwise, when you have a browser page open, click on tools, internet options, then Clear History.

on the internet tool bar, click Tools>Internet Options> Delete cookies, clear history, delete files
