What is an easy way to catch FEEBAS, in pokemon sapphire???

Question

What is an easy way to catch FEEBAS, in pokemon sapphire??? I have searched in random spaces, never found one of the 6...and i know u can change the blocks by making a new TRENDY SAYING in dewford town...


ANY TIPS...ps how long should i search each space??

First go to Route 119 and you can see a waterfall.From the top of the water to the bottom. There are only six spots so it may take time. If you reach it you will that it is common. Then go to Lillycove go down the route of mount pyre. Go to to the Berry Master 's wife she will ask you a saying say " CHALLENGE CONTEST" and she will give a pamtre berry. Take 4 for each day or use wiki or kelpsy berries. Pamtre berrys are berries that bring your level to 50 and wiki or kelpsy berries can do 25. Once you get to 170 ,level it up and it will evolve to Milotic. Keep on mind if you plant Pamtre berries you only get one back.

you should try to go to places where it is raining try not to go from place to place for example if you already have feebas rgistered in your pokedex look at where it is at if is far away from where you are at dont go anywhere an easier way to put this is go to a place where there is water stay at the edge of that town or cityand look at your pokedex if it is not at the place where you are at go to the next cityand then back to where u were and look again keep repeating this process and feebas should eventually go to the place were you are at this is the easiest way to find it that i know of although i do know it is time consuming

change the phrase in dewford city to torchic ball(this depend on you starter,if you choose mudkip,enter mudkip ball.)then go to the place and start to fish,fish at a cornar first,and you should be able to find feebas in a short time.

do you know where you saw May or Brandon, there is a small part where you can go fishing. that's where my Lil brother caught his.
