It's been a while since I've had to think about marsupial's, so pardon me if I get this wrong. Marsupials' differ from other mammals BECAUSE their young are NOT fully developed by birth. Henceforth, the young need to stay INSIDE of a pouch like area to nurse, continue growing and to survive. Marsupial mammals live in Australia. The ONLY egg-laying mammal known anywhere in the world is the platypus. This is one of those creatures that makes Darwin's' theory of evolution seem very far fetched. Either that, of G-D was using marijuana that moment. Think about it for a minute; here's a creature that's clearly a mammal with a duck's bill, a beavers tail, raccoon-like feet, AND it lays eggs!!! For the record, all apologies to the Almighty, it's a joke only about Him smoking pot!
