Question

How do u get the smokey eye and what color should I use to do it. I have dark brown hair , really blue eyes and fair skin??? Please help!!! THANKS!!

Start with three shades of a color and a kohl eyeliner (I prefer Clinique's). For you, I would go with brown to draw attention to your beautiful eyes. Take the lightest shade and apply all over your eyelid, from lashline to brow bone. Smudge the dark brown eyeliner as close to your lasline as possible, stopping at the outer corner of your eye. Then, to soften the eyeliner, apply the darkest brown just above it in a thin line. Also, apply it in the crease for definition. Take the medium shade, and apply it from lashline to crease in light, upward, sweeping motions to blend the colors. Lastly, use the same motion with a blending brush to blend the colors.
Just as a tip, I would wear a lightly tinted lip gloss with this, such as Stila Lip Glaze in peach. A lipstick will compete with the eye makeup and look terrible.

To get a smokey eye. You don't have to stick with blacks or greys.
You can use green, blue, purple...hell even bronze or champagne.
With your coloring... I'd try a burgundy or wine color to bring out the blue of your eyes.

All you need to do is,
dust a light shimmer all over your eyelid...from lash to eyebrow. Take a brush, put it into the color you want to use for the smokey look. Close your eye, place the brush in the crease of your lid. That is where you want your eyeshadow. Go from the outer corner in to about he middle of your lid. Then simply blend it in. It's done. That easy.
You can use the shadow as a liner for your lash line's as well... or go for normal black. It's up to you how dramatic you want it to look. Practice. Have fun.

The smokey eyes are usually made with a grayish color and black eyeliner. Sometimes people will mix it up and use other colors. But the smokey eyes would look great with blue eyes!

Use a liquid liner on the top lid then line the top and bottom of your eye with kohl on like an angle brush and put it on top of the other liner as well. Brush away from your eye to make your eye look bigger.

I'd suggest using a grey, dark green or plum or if you want it more dramatic try black

Since you have blue eyes try plums. Theyre realy good =]
I also have fair skin brown hair and blue eyes so trust me ! :)

A nice way to give yourself smokey eyes is to line the top of your eyes and then take a q-tip and lightly smudge the line. I would go with black or gunmetal gray.

black eyeshadow works best. you really should get a special brush cuz they make it soo easy to apply.
