Well as far as I am concerned,Cena says that he does not consider himself the fatherly-figure.He says that he is'nt into kids.Anywho he is single,and is not married.He was engaged to someone named Liz a long time ago,but then he broke off the engagement like when he was like 24 or 25 years old.

Nope..he doesnt!He has said it himself that he loves kids but its not for him.. Hez not married and is single at the moment..Although he was engaged to a girl named Liz..they dated for 6 years but they broke up cuz thingz didnt work out between them!John once said on 5 Questions that she was his first love and he'll always love her and that she will always have a special place in his heart!
