How do I keep my Bearded Dragon from being bored?

put about 10 - 15 crickets in there. besides being good food for ur lil guy. its always good excercise for the dragon and great entertainment to watch "the feeding". Oddly a lil "swimming" bathing pool seems to keep them not bored sometimes. also some climby stuff too

on the lighting. just keep it bright and warm on a timer. make ur own day for the lil guy. alteast the timer always helped me. then i didnt have to remember to turn it off for a bit

I put a waterfall in my big aquarium, along with lots of vines and rocks. Also, I have about three inches of "desert sand" for substrate, and he loves to dig in it. I turn his lights on in the morning when I get up, and I turn off his lights when I go to bed. He also loves to chase crickets and to take dips in his "pool" (small, shallow dishpan).

His favorite thing, though, is to climb around on his waterfalls and drink the water and let it rush over him.

I also make sure that his habitat is in a room where there's a lot of action--where my family spends most of its time. He loves to watch the kids and the pets, and sometimes the cat will perch up next to the aquarium and watch my beardie play.

So, I'd just say to make sure you have him around other members of the family, and make sure that you're providing enough warmth, food, and fun in his habitat to keep him from being bored.

pretty much what texasippi said bearded dragons do love water. I use a aquarium water filter suspended and just arrange the rocks to cascade into a pool.
