i need a pretty dress and hairstyle for prom?

I always stick with classic lines.
Going for a retro, 50s style is flattering to every figure.
They have sleeves to hide your sensitive spot. They provide coverage for shoulders and with a knee length, circle skirt, bring attention to your legs.
With a wide belt, every tummy will look small compared to the flowing skirt. It will hide hips and a bigger butt as well.

i think you have a great figure.
Your arms and tummy look great.
As for dresses, it depends what coulors go well with you.
If something looks a little odd, or out of place.
(e.g. your belt)
then wear either a matching bag or shoes.
Just experiment till you find the perfect outfit !
finally , your hair.
You can simply curl it, or highlight it.
I think you'll look pretty coll with 1 or 2 vertical stripes.

check this dress out, it will mask a curvy tummy(you dont have one by the way)! pair it with some brightly colored heals. then add a touseled wavy look for your hair(see pic below).
