Okay every time I go online there is this thing called a Helkern attack on my computer, I have researched a bit and someone said that it is someone from your ISP who sends a signal to your PC. I've also heard that it slows down your internet. Well anyway I've collected the IP addresses here they are:
Are they dangerous?
61.145.199.29
220.189.196.140
219.148.1.66
219.150.240.34
218.106.91.25
Please tell me if they are connected to a virus or spyware of a sort, or they arent dangerous at all.

What Up!
Everyone one on the internet has been attack, well hell, you get scanned for exploits or trojans by the hour.
these ip's are nothing but other people scanning for somthing untill they find what they are looking for.
61.145.199.29 is a person on China Telecom.
220.189.196.140 is from Ninghai Xingyu Internet Bar
219.148.1.66 is on China Telecom
219.150.240.34 is on China Telecom
218.106.91.25 is on hefei fengqin jiazu corp
well your firewall must blocking them i guess because you are getting these messages...
this isn't that big of a deal, i wouldn't worry about it.
