There's a little thing inside that screws the lip balm up when you use the dial. On the bottom of a new tube, there is a little cup attached to that screw thing. When the cup gets to the end of the screw thing, it can't go any further. There is only about 1/2 and inch of chap stick left in there, and it's all stuck down inside that cup. Kind of a bummer, but it's not the company trying to make you buy more or anything like that.

Girl you should just use a Q-tip if ya have that problem cause some times I do that with my lip stick
