many housing areas are like Coronation Street but people don't really work/drink/shop on the street they live on like they do on corrie!

many years ago we lived in back to back terrances houses and yes it held its tracy's a right old slapper out for herself, a ken in and out of anyones bed but outside appeared prim and poper and so on.
Today back to back has almost gone tower blocks houses far away from one another and in general society today we dont get the community spirit and closness any more. In saying that in my road we have a Noris curtain twitcher, nosey parker do gooder always know everyones business.

Yes - our off licence is run by a guy quite like Dev. He calls everybody and i mean everybody "dahlink". His name is Ali and he is a much loved member of our community - or at least he is until he refuses credit.
