Well this morning the moment I got up I was unable to walk on my leg. The pain came from the back of my knee and was also on the bottom/ front. Do you think that when I slept I was in a weird position? Do you think it is badly injured? I was sleeping on my stomach... What should I do? Should I wait a while since it just happened today? What else can I do? Right now I am resting it and I wrapped it which seems to help when I rest. Though I can truley not walk up or down the stairs because of the pain.... What is this secret pain? What should be my next step? Is it serious?

*DON'T KNOW WHAT IT IS AND WHAT TO DO NOW*

Anyone have a clue what it is before I see a doctor?

Will it go away?

Sometimes in the night you gan stretch your leg and get a tremendous "Charlie Horse" (cramp)
The muscle may even have a knotted lump in it.
Whatever you have, I would wait til tomorrow to see if it heals. If tommorrow the pain is gone, or is much less ignore it.
If it starts happening frequently, or if the pain tomorrow is as bad as today, see a doctor.

It also matters on your age. If you are young, read what I wrote.
If you are over 40, it is possible you had a blood clot in your leg. And if so it could be serious if it travels to your heart, brain, or lung.

Act accordingly.

did you injure it yesterday? Sounds like you pulled some muscles and tendons. Wrap with heat and try to stay off of it as long as possible. See a Dr if no better in 2 or 3 days or if it gets warm to the touch. Take tylenol for the pain as directed on the bottle. Good luck and God Bless

Go to the doctor-seriously if you just woke up in pain it could be a blood clot or water in the knee.. I am not a doctor but I had a friend who had the same symptoms as you described
and it turned out to be a blood clot.

Call your doctor and ask. If you don't have one call the er of your hospital tell them it is not a life threatining emergency but you have a question for a nurse if there is one available. Tell them your issue and they should tell you what to do.
