Sakura. Rock Lee could only improve so much. perhaps if he can still learn how to use ninjutsu he can be much better than Sakura. If Rock Lee puches Sakura, she can heal herself or, possible dodge it. But one punch from Sakura, Rock Lee will be out cold for sure...

maybe, only 2 epsodes came out and we didn't see him yet.
But...he did go on a mission with naruto, sakura and kakashi in naruto the movie 3 so I guess he does

in the manga, since the timeskip, the story plots have been busy with akatsuki and lots of fights...it hasn't delt much with everyone's feelings for everyone else...
most likely, everyone's matured and growned up quite a bit, and if Lee still like sakura, it wouldn't be like the crush he had for before.
