Wow! Hvar is beautiful. I envy you! ;-)
And in the night, there's always a lots of things to do!

I'd suggest to take a sailing trip. Or a little visit to the Pakleni isles. There's where the most beautiful beaches are! There is a taxi boat to take you there. But be carefull, the taxi with the marking FFK will take you to a nude beach. :-)
