ok im a daughter allmost 18 and i allmost got aressested yesterday for shoplifting and it was my first time and my parents are really mad t me and took everything away from me and i no what i did was wrong and i just wrote them a letter saying HOW sorry i was but after that wheni got caught it change my life an i felt it i knew from there i was allmost in jail and i needed to get my llife straightin'' out i told them in the letter that i made lots of bad mistakes in life like party to late, drinking, trying smokkin'',dancing like a slut dressesing like one at partys having bad boyfriends and now steeling and i got caught and i dont no what to do i just want them to forget about it but how this time i really gonna stop everything bad in my llife this time its for real and i mean it but i dont no how to tell them cuz they wont belive me they r gonna say u allways say that but i no this time is 4 real HELP ME

Actions speak louder then words, only takes a day to tear down a house, months to rebuild it. Takes a lifetime to grow up and just a few seconds for a bullet to end it. Your parents don't have to believe you, you have to believe in yourself to actually change your behavior. Your parents have plenty of reasons not to trust you as you've proven untrustworthy at this time. Hopefully you will grow up and regain their trust and admiration. Blood is thicker then water.
