He would probably direct us to the Gathas,and encourage us to sing the praises of the good of Ahura Mazda's triumph over evil. Also the corpses of our loved ones should be left to the vultures.
He may even give his blessings to the heaviness of good people on Yahoo.
Personally I don't believe in this stuff but you ask what would.......???? So if he could be brought into the third millennium A.D. then this is what I suppose he would start with.

I'm not entirely sure what Zarathustra would say, but Nietzche would commend us. The american society is well on its way murdering God and evolving into Ubermen.
