As you havent had any spotting unusual discharge etc..i would suspect it has nothing atall to do with pregnancy and is all to do with your period, many woman notice things diffrent when they are trying to concieve as your eagerly waiting for something to happen your constantly looking for every signal so you pick up more i have done since trying i would think its far to early to be anything to do with pregnancy as its too early and if it is i'd say see a dcoter as pregnancy shouldnt be painful espeacily this early.but heres what i know about your tittle implantation:

implantation bleeding if it occurs a bit earlier than expected, if it were scanty, spotty, pinkish and not red and heavy like a period, and does not follow the normal pattern of a period (light to heavy to light).

The BBT should remain elevated and not decline to preovulatory levels.

There is often the feeling that it is a period with light cramps and bloating, but the bleeding is shorter, lighter and just not normal.

If a woman is usually regular, and now all of a sudden develops this type of early spotting, and of course is "at risk" for a pregnancy, I would strongly suspect conception

I had the same pain on Saturday!! My period was due on Sunday, but still not here yet, though I am too scared to test in case it is negative. I just don't want to be disappointed again. We've been trying since may! I really hope this is your month!

It's possible that it's implantation cramping, though that is usually around 6-10 days after conception. If no period arrives tomorrow, you could test to be sure.

It could possibly be implantation cramping or, have you ever had any cramps before your period started. I usually have cramps up to 3 days before my period starts. but if you know your body and you know you dont normally cramp before i would wait to see if my period comes. if it dosent you will be able to test to see for sure...but good luck
