Well.... when Natalie Portman sheared her head, she made the news. Typically, when a female cuts their hair entirely off.... it's noteworthy. Especially when it's a Celebrity that's in the Media spotlight.
Also, it brings into question what is going through her mind. Is that normal behavior? Natalie P. cut her hair for a movie. Why did Brit do it?
By the way... it's spelled OVER... not Ova. Were not speaking of female sexual glands/organs here. Kthnx
