(cause of adhd) i really wanna know cause i really feel sorry for him... :(

Yes a person can have all those. If they are abusing the adhd meds they can be paranoid like a tweaker. Maybe they were misdiagnosed and are bipolar rather than depressed and hyper. Hyper meds would be really bad for manics. Could also be having a depressive psychosis or be a depressed paranoid person. It happens. Definitely needs a psychiatrist at this point because it sounds chemical and a shrink can figure out what the chemical problem is and tell this person how to fix it.

ABSOLUTELY! Paranoia can come hand in hand with depression as can ADHD. Matter of fact, most people with these disorders often have symptoms other ailments of if not actual diseases themselves.

Anger also isn't usually ADHD. That's also depression. Anger is also a "secondary emotion" meaning it's the feeling masking some other such as fear, shame, etc.

If your friend isn't currently getting help from someone, encourage them to talk to a health professional for guidance. If they are on medication, sometimes med changes are needed. Get your friend to write down thoughts feelings to help out at doctor's appointments as well. Sometimes appointments come when we're feeling good, yet just the other day our world sucked! Get the picture?

Good luck!

Your friend has a problem. He actually CARES what happens to people. And your friend acts weird because he/she don't know if they can relate on the same level as those around him. And let me guess, when he/she does speak, nobody listens. (How many friends does your "friend" hang out with? I willing to bet they go on "walks.") And could be possiby for friend is labled "Soft" or "a punk" in certain circles, or the "In-crowd", making him a bit paranoid about themself. But, personally, tell your friend don't even sweat it. Just do what you do, no matter HOW you do it. Just do it, man. Just because people don't like your style or method mean you should change up. (If you let people dog you, your "Self esteem" gets so low, you could go homo.) Stand up and you'll be fine.
