smoking the herb? a yes?

um i was just wondering what the big anti-drug thing seems to be going around on here..

i mean i as well as quite a few people i know are regular if not daily smokers.. we all hold down good jobs.. pay our bills on time.. we are not running amock causing trouble..

so i dont' see what the big deal is

i am talking about weed, dope marjiunana whatever it is you want to call it

Weed is one of the few drugs that doesn't usually lead to poor decision making besides munching on unhealthy snacks. However I think that part of the reason it's considered bad is because it's known as the gateway drug. Many individuals that smoke weed have a higher chance of trying a more intense drug just because they want a more intense high that weed cannot provide. And for the individuals that said it makes you act violent, is addictive and other negative things related to it, you need to read up on it because that is factually and statically untrue, but unfortunately carries that stigma.

I for one will not allow the gov't to legislate my morality. Happy 4:20 everyone.

Here is a quick lesson in relative "legality":
Let's say you are at a sporting event/concert. There is a person trying to pick fights with others. Are they high or drunk? We all know that answer.
Short of quadraplegics, stoners are the least violent group of people on the planet.

Lesson #2=More people died from alcohol related events or tobacco in the time I have typed this than have died from weed in the ENTIRE RECORDED HISTORY OF MAN.

The gov't doesn't care if you take drugs. They just want you to take THEIR drugs (the taxed ones).

There are people that abuse it.People that get violent,stupid and hurt or kill people.People that don't respect other people that don't want to smoke it and think they have to join in.
