Cancer With Cancer:
They both take words and actions to be literal truths and that can mean some consistent pain and unrest for them. They tend to see themselves as martyrs, vastly giving individuals, and when one does not see this in the other then the reaction is shock. They will waste a lot of time together, better spent on other things, in the middle of petty bickering and dredging up the past mistakes of the other. First thing you need to do is get a manual that tells you who goes first and on what night. Otherwise you are both going to just sit there and wonder. How "did" you two manage to get together anyway? Whose initiative was it and will he or she call again? A movie that needs a director! And by the way, try to avoid those emotional scenes, unless you really are acting.
It all depends on the couple and if they are willing to give 100% to the relationship it is all about communication expressing your feelings and how to approach any situation on a mature level "any relationship"

I am Cancer and when I dated a Cancer man we were very affectionate along with being fiercely protective of each other and anyone within our circle of friends. The challenge was I often felt like we were two females competing for domestic dominance. Lots of hurt feelings and sulking between us. The long spells of sulking did us in.
I find it a pleasure having male Cancer friends though; someone to complain with and think it is funny to boot.
If you can get past the pettiness, Cancer couples can be wonderful together.

Yes.
Cancers fare the best when they stick with their fellow Water Signs (Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces.) I think two Cancers would create a haven of peace for one another; they'll make a lovely home for themselves and are among the very best of parents.
Cancers are moody though, so try and give one another some space as required. If one of you is in a mood, the other needs to learn not to take it personally.

Any two people can "go well" together, no matter what their supposed "astrological sign" may be, which by definition covers 1/12 of the entire world's population, or over 500,000,000 people.
Ignore such claptrap and focus on your intended's personality and communication. Those are the most telling factors.

anything can happen but ususally most signs are bored with their own except two Libras or two Pisces

maybe or maybe not? i think it depends on the people themselves, not much to do with horoscopes... also isnt there a saying "opposites attract"?
