Ryan, welcome to America. So many people, like yourself, are in dire need of help , and are poor and in serious debt too. Nothing is wrong with being a virgin, since when is that wrong? You are young and you have tried so hard to go to school. Everyone has school debt, its awful, as you say. The scary thing is you need some help , and medication? You need some attention for your nerves and feelings. Your feelings are raw and tender, and need help, you see? Living in America is very hard, and the last eight years were absolute hell. This is the outcome of those horrible 8 years of political mismanagement, corporate greed and covert agendas. We were all victims. We all hurt. We are all poor. We all need to help each other as much as possible. You don't have to ever look back at the past. You can learn from the lessons. Say" what did I do? what should I do now? What worked and what didn't? what will work ? " you said you messed a lot of things up, so you know what NOT to do! Thats really a good start. You are quite young, and I am speaking from an older age than you, you have a LOT to learn. Dont' be afraid to fall in the mud , just get up and clean up and move right on ahead. You aren't in life to "get the past back" , you are in life to " move forward! to a stronger and better place" . Also, if you can find ways to be kind to others, you will see how it will light you up inside, knowing you made someone else's life a bit brighter. Its hard to get along with parents at this age. They want money for the utilities, and money to help keep the roof over your heads, and they try to tell their offspring to not waste energy . It is good to help them with finances. Lots of people are having to drop out of the higher education because of job or home losses. We are struggling as a nation . I hope you will talk to a doctor about getting you free help and medication. You know , they have to help .

I used to feel the exact same way I would stay up all night and my mind would just go insane I would feel like jumping out of my skin, It doesnt ever happen as bad anymore, maybe its because I've switched schools and found a new group of friends, I also started taking sleeping pills, but I think I was just stuck in a rut for a little while, maybe you should try switching things around a bit.

I am so sorry that you are feeling so bad. You need to find out what is bugging you. If you are depressed for no apparant reason, you should ask your parents to take you to the doctor. Depression doesn't normally go away on its own. Get help...life gets better after help! Talk to a guidance counselor at school if yo ucannot talk to your parents but GET HELP!!! Things WILL get better WITH HELP!

To be honest, you may just need to get more sunshine and more activities in your life, to round out other problems or issues you may have. If you have like 20-30 downers/depressing things and only 1-2 happy things, it's overwhelming. But if you can reverse it, it balances out and the downers don't seem so bad.
The sunshine helps by giving your body more vitamin d naturally and gives you more things to look at. Take a ride on the bus if you have a decent metro transit in your area. It's cheap and you can always transfer around. Might not seem like a big whoop at first, but it does help to clear the mind.

Low seratonin, low blood sugar (sense of dread and fatigue), possibly hormone imbalance. Very common problem and is made worse by isolation, negative living conditions, poverty, abuse, etc. If you can reach out, you should see someone. Meds can help, or they might have a better insight and make other suggestions once they get to know you better.

Take time out to go for a walk if you can.
Try add Salmon to your diet
Is there something on your mind counseling or just a trusted friend to talk to.
We have feeling for a reason and sometimes they do indicate if something is wrong.

oooh!!! i know what you feel. cause i HAD a major depression. well, you can seek for proffesional help. :)
but people are too stupid now. if you consult a psychologist or a psychatrist, they will think you're crazy. but no, there's nothing wrong with counselling...
and according to a psychologist i asked, she said that there are cells in the brain that produces unecessary thoughts... there are particular medications for that. but i'm not sure 'cause i'm not a proffesional.
my best suggestion is go ask someone to help you. someone proffesional. :)

You may have a vitamin deficiency. A lack of DHA (found in fish) can lead to non-specific feelings of depression and a "desire to just die." DHA can be purchased at a health food store. If you can't find it listed as DHA, just look for plain old cod liver oil! Hope that helps. And, hang in there. You know, just talking about it can help. And one more thing, you can never get too many hugs!
