Isn't that a paradoxical question? Nu metal bands are all emotionally arrested children-men who use the media and music as an outlet for the teen-angst they just can't get over. It's embarassing that they can only relate to angry young teens and some very dumb adults. You need nu taste in music! Nu metal = no brain!

There really aren't that many new good bands.....A few awesome bands are....
Skindred (Sorta regee/metal, they have an awesome unique sound....check em out for sure.)
How it feels by Ill break Is an awesome track so are....

Smothered & New Diesease by Spineshank.....

fairly chill cover.....
