i should have gotten my period yesterday but i didn't but i have the cramps and everything but no blood. why?

Sometimes it might not be on time, especially if you're stressed or if you exercise a lot. I wouldn't worry about it since it's only one day, you should be okay.

same thing is happening with me, i was supposed to get it yestoday, and i do have cramps, but i thinks is gonna come sometime this week.
