I can't remember if this song was from the 80's or 90's, however, I do remember it was played on the radio and at the clubs. It was a great dance song. I think it mentioned New York, Paris, London. I believe it also talked about Reagan and Gorbachev. The voice sounded sort of robotic. Does anyone know this song?

sorry...I love the 80's and that was one of those 'one hit wonders' that bring back great memories! Though, M (the group) was quite talented and didn't get the recognition they deserved this side of the pond!
