what is the best position to insure that i will get pg?

me and my husband have been trying for a baby 4 about 1 1/2 now, and we are not having much luck, it there some kind of trick or is there a special position that we will need 2 use to get me pg? thanks to thse who answer.

1 1/2 years, the dr hasnt been able 2find anything that could be effecting this

My husband and I are also ttc. Just starting. From what I have read it is best to try any position except for you being on top...the whole gravity thing. Also, don't worry if you have only tried for a month or so. If it is more than a year, it is suggested that you go to see your Dr. Don't worry. There is sooooo much out there to help couples to conceive. Also, I have heard the more you think and try the less likely you conceive...but as soon as you let go of the idea, snap, there you have have it ...you're pregnant! Not really. Sperm cells swim pretty well, and they aren't heavy enough to be affected by gravity. As long as you're wet inside during intercourse, they should be able to find their way up into your fallopian tubes no matter what position you're in. If you feel you must do something, I suppose being on your back with your pelvis elevated (a pillow or blanket under your butt) might help your husband's semen flow further into you after he ejaculates, but really, your body handles that pretty well on its own.

It doesn't seem fair, does it, that some women (and teenage girls) get pregnant just by being in the same room with a guy, but women who are really trying to get pregnant have so much trouble? Sometimes, women get pregnant once they stop trying. Maybe you just need a nice stress-free vacation.

I hear from allot of people that have this problem. I helped a couple have a child but it was due to the fact that he had no sperm. I've heard of people trying for 8 years to have a child and still nothing and it baffles the doctors in not knowing why these people are not getting pregnant.
People that ask me why a pregnancy isn't occuring, I usually tell them to be as healthy as you can, take multi vitamins that are conditioned to help people conceive (I take Fertilaid For Men to improve my count and quality) and to get thoroughly checked by their doctor or a specialist to see if there are any other problems that might be occuring.

I would say the missionary position with your butt on a pillow to angle your pelvis up. This will allow for deeper penitration and hopefully help your hubby's "swimmers" out! Best of luck!!!

No, its just a matter of the sperm meeting the egg that is ovulating.
My freind used the ovulation kit and after two months of trying that, they are pregnant.!!!! good luck and go buy those tests, you may be irregular with ovulation.

there is no position that will definatly help but ive hear missonary is good and also doggy .... when doing missionary prop ur hips on a pillow but not to high and after he cums lay there for 20 mins ...its letting the sperm stay in a pool longer giving ur body time to accept it
